RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return of unworn or unwashed merchandise within 10 business days from the date delivered.
All returned merchandise should include the original receipt, packaging, tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. In addition, fragrance and cosmetics returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging for a credit/refund or exchange to be issued. Swimwear must contain their original packaging, inclusive of the hygiene strip.
Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A pickup fee and/or restocking fee may apply to large or heavy items. Merchandise returned more than six months after the delivery date will be shipped back to you at your expense.
When a gift is returned it may be exchanged for a new item of equal or greater value. Otherwise the purchaser’s credit card will be refunded. No merchandise credits are issued.

RETURN IN STORE
Oscar de la Renta online purchases may be sent back to oscardelarenta.com directly or returned to any Oscar de la Renta boutique (excluding Woodbury and department stores). Simply bring the packing slip and the merchandise to any sales associate. Returned merchandise should be in the original packaging with all tags attached and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Returns are accepted within 10 business days of delivery, and will be given to the original form of payment. Returns are not processed in store. Please allow 10-15 business days for processing your return. Items shipped outside the USA are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN BY MAIL
Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then enclose the return section below with the item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided in your package to ensure proper return address and credit information. You may use the shipping carrier of your preference, which is at your own expense. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fedex or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Oscar de la Renta will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund and that a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases. All returns will be credited to the original form of payment, unless otherwise specified. Any requested exchange item(s), if available, will be sent to you via Fedex at no additional cost. Any new orders are subject to Oscar de la Renta having available merchandise on-hand.
Please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Additional fees may apply for returns and/or exchanges of merchandise. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to us through our Oscar de la Renta Online Shop Assistance or online through our Personal Shopper Service. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it.
