    Purchasing Online

    To make a purchase, simply click the "ADD TO BAG" button next to the desired product to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

    Online purchases may be made for delivery to an address within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx.


    Product Availability

    All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, ship only part of an order or divide orders into multiple shipments. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. All orders are subject to order and address verification and credit approval. Once your entire order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation, the order may not be processed.


    Product Pricing

    While we use reasonable efforts to provide accurate prices on our website, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to cancel the order. Title to products you order on this website and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

    Oscar de la Renta accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases. Please note that the payment methods available at checkout depend on the selected currency, billing country and shipping country.

    Upon placing your order, your credit card will be authorized for the total amount of the transaction.  Once we have verified your card details, confirmed merchandise availability, and prepared for shipment, your account will be charged.

    Oscar de la Renta charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions based on shipping address as required by applicable laws.


    Shipping Online Orders

    All online purchases are shipped via FedEx with signature required. For security reasons, all oscardelarenta.com purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx.

    Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method.

    Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Oscar de la Renta is not responsible for unanticipated delays.


    Shipping Options & Fees

    Enjoy complimentary ground shipping and returns on U.S. orders. Overnight orders placed before 3PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

    FedEx Shipping Fees:

    • Ground shipping and returns: Complimentary (Please allow 5-7 business days)
    • Three-day: $15
    • Two-day: $25
    • Overnight: $35
    • Overnight Priority: $45
    • Overnight Saturday: $75

    Tracking

    Your FedEx order tracking information is provided in an email with your order shipping confirmation. You can track your order on FedEx. If you still have questions or there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging, and contact us immediately by sending an email to customercare@odlr.com US orders can also be tracked by signing into your account.


    Gift Packaging

    We provide complimentary gift packaging on orders placed online or with our Personal Shopper, indicated as “gift” at purchase. Items are elegantly packaged in signature Oscar de la Renta style. We also offer complimentary personalized gift notes that will be included as a handwritten note included with your gift. Enter your message at checkout or contact our Personal Shopper.

    U.S. RETURNS

    IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT YOUR RETURN OF UNWORN OR UNWASHED MERCHANDISE WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE DELIVERED. FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, PURCHASES MADE ON OSCARDELARENTA.COM MAY BE SENT BACK TO OSCARDELARENTA.COM USING THE RETURN SLIP INCLUDED IN YOUR ORIGINAL PACKAGE.

    FRAGRANCE AND COSMETICS RETURNS MUST BE UNUSED, UNOPENED, AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR A CREDIT/REFUND OR EXCHANGE TO BE ISSUED. SWIMWEAR MUST CONTAIN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INCLUSIVE OF THE HYGIENE STRIP.

    ALL FUR, SPECIAL ORDERS, CUSTOM ORDERS, PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN, REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

    RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED AND BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED. THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT. PLEASE ALLOW 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURN OF ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE RETURN REQUIREMENTS.

    Gifts

    When a gift is returned it may be exchanged for a new item of equal or greater value. Otherwise the purchaser’s credit card will be refunded. No merchandise credits will be issued.

    WHY ARE SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS APPLIED TO SOME ITEMS?

    Due to international trade agreements and state laws, select items such as certain exotic skins cannot be shipped to California or outside the United States. In compliance with hazardous materials restrictions, flammable items such as fragrance cannot travel by air.     WHAT IS YOUR ALTERATIONS POLICY?

     Full-price Oscar de la Renta merchandise bought on oscardelarenta.com can be taken, along with the original sales receipt, to an Oscar de la Renta boutique, excluding our Bicester location, for basic adjustments at no additional charge. Extra work and subsequent alterations will incur a charge. Please contact the store to schedule an alterations appointment prior to your visit.
