    Online purchases may be made for delivery to an address within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx.

    All online purchases are shipped via FedEx with signature required. For security reasons, all oscardelarenta.com purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through FedEx.

    Delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method.

    Enjoy complimentary ground shipping and returns on U.S. orders. Overnight orders placed before 3PM EST Monday through Friday will be delivered on the following day, including Saturdays where Saturday delivery service is available. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

    EU Returns/Withdrawals Policy

    Our EU Returns/Withdrawals Policy applies to products sold by our international fulfillment partner, Borderfree, and dispatched to consumers in the European Union. The terms of our returns policy described above apply to our EU customers except with respect to final sale items. We accept returns of the final sale items listed above other than returns of personalized items; perishable goods; and goods that carry a hygiene risk (such as bathing suits).

    In Accordance with the European Commission’s Directive on Consumer Rights, customers in the EU also are entitled to withdraw their order within 14 days of receiving their goods. To exercise this right, EU customers must contact us within 14 days after the placement of their order at customercare@odlr.com or 888-782-6357.

    If you cancel an order and you have made any payment in advance for products that have not been delivered to you, our international fulfillment partner, Borderfree, will refund those amounts to you. Unfortunately, if you cancel an order and Borderfree has already dispatched your products to you, we will not be able to cancel your order until it has been delivered. In this case, Borderfree can charge you for the cost of shipping goods back to Borderfree. Borderfree will issue a reimbursement within 14 days after either the cancellation of your order (if your order is cancelled before the products are shipped) or Borderfree's receipt of the returned goods (if your order is cancelled after the products are shipped). Further information about your rights of withdrawal can be obtained from the relevant governmental websites in your jurisdiction.


    International Return Instructions

    To return an International online purchase, contact us at customercare@odlr.com to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), which is required to process an international return. We will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. If you choose to return an item, Borderfree will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price, original shipping charges (pro-rated using the least expensive shipping method available for the goods being returned), and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Return shipping charges are prepaid and no postage is required; the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     Full-price Oscar de la Renta merchandise bought on oscardelarenta.com can be taken, along with the original sales receipt, to an Oscar de la Renta boutique for basic adjustments at no additional charge. Extra work and subsequent alterations will incur a charge. Please contact the store to schedule an alterations appointment prior to your visit.     What Is Affirm?

    Affirm allows you to pay for items on oscardelarenta.com through flexible financing over a period of time. The short application process requires that you provide a few pieces of personal information—either through the Learn More link or at checkout. In most instances, you’ll receive an immediate decision on your eligibility to purchase in installments over 3, 6, or 12 months.

    Affirm only conducts a soft credit check, which won’t affect your credit score, and keeps all sensitive information safely encrypted and protected using industry standard security protocols. For more information and FAQs about Affirm, click here (https://www.affirm.com/help).


    How Affirm Works

    After adding items to your shopping bag, click to checkout. From your shopping bag, click the Learn More link above the checkout button and follow the prompts on the pop-up to be pre-qualified for your purchase using Affirm. Follow the prompts through the Affirm process. Once you are approved, return to the oscardelarenta.com checkout process and enter your billing and shipping details. In the Final Step: Payment section, select the affirm option as payment and click “Place Order Now” to complete your order. Then complete the checkout process by following the remaining prompts.


    What if I return my order?

    Affirm will process a refund to your account once we complete your return transaction. Affirm will not charge you as long as your order is returned within 30 days of the date your order was placed. If your return is processed after 30 days, you will be charged for the interest for your loan up until the return. If you’ve already made loan payments, Affirm issues a refund credit to the bank account or debit card that you used to make the payments. If we have issued you a store credit in place of a refund, you are still responsible for paying off your Affirm loan.


    What if my order is cancelled?

    If your order is cancelled within 5 days of placement, you will not be charged.

    Can I use Affirm on more than one order?

    Yes. For each new order, Affirm may perform an additional "soft" credit check to ensure that they’re offering you the best financing options possible. Because Affirm considers each application for a new loan unique, being approved by Affirm previously doesn’t guarantee approval for subsequent applications. Since this is a soft credit check, however, applying with Affirm will never have an impact on your credit score!


    Can I use Affirm to purchase pre order or trunk show items?

    Affirm cannot be used for Preorder or Trunk Show items.


    I live outside the US. Can I use Affirm to pay for my order?

    At this time, Affirm is available only to shoppers residing in the United States who are shipping their items to a US address. Affirm hopes to expand its services to customers outside the U.S. in the future.

    What Is BorderFree?

    Oscar de la Renta ships to multiple international destinations through our partner, BorderFree, Inc. ("BorderFree"). BorderFree is a global e-commerce solution that allows Oscar de la Renta to make its products available to our international customers in over 200 countries worldwide. Through our partnership with BorderFree, we are able to present our international shoppers with product prices in their local currency and competitive international shipping options. Although you will be browsing products and merchandise on the Oscar de la Renta website, when you place an international order, your transaction is with BorderFree. BorderFree is responsible for the placement of your order and its delivery. Oscar de la Renta will assist in your Customer Service needs.     International Payment and Billing

    International orders placed via BorderFree are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid.) When you checkout with BorderFree, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. This amount will include any duties, customs tariffs, value added taxes, and similar taxes that may be required in your jurisdiction by local authorities. This will be in addition to the prices for the merchandise listed on our website. The amount of any applicable duties, tariffs, and taxes will vary based on a multitude of factors, including items such as the destination of origin or the classification of the merchandise being purchased. Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined by BorderFree and are based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would otherwise be applied in an e-commerce transaction. Your credit card will be billed by BorderFree at the time your parcel leaves the United States. Your credit card statement will read “BF*OSCARDELARENTA with BF denoting the BorderFree network. Note that the total at checkout will not include any surcharges which may be imposed by your credit card issuing bank for international purchases. Please contact your bank to determine whether any surcharges may be applied to your transaction.


    International Shipping

    Once your transaction is complete, Oscar de la Renta will ship your item to the BorderFree shipping hub in the United States. BorderFree then ships your order to its final destination. Most in-stock items will arrive 3-21 business days after receipt of your order. You will see a shipping time range for your specific destination at checkout. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
